Welcome to Your Pregnancy Physio! My name is Tania and I am dedicated to providing high-quality Pelvic Physiotherapy services to women before, during pregnancy and beyond.
It is my mission to provide women with the resources and knowledge to stay active during this time, while preventing and treating any signs of pelvic floor dysfunction. With my experience and expertise, I am confident in my ability to help you achieve your goals and get back to the activities you love.

I appreciate that there is still so much fear, anxiety and misinformation around exercise in pregnancy. And the numerous challenges that come with returning to an exercise routine after giving birth. My goal is to empower you to continue (or introduce) activity and exercise throughout your life, by providing a safe and supportive environment while delivering evidence-based care.

I am a keen marathon runner, cyclist, gym goer, sea swimmer and pilates doer. For me, exercise is vital for both my mental and physical health. I understand, therefore, how challenging it can be when you have to stop exercising, whether due to fear or a birth or sport injury.
